Background of the issue:
Our developer has reported that our Crowdin project currently has a padlock icon next to it, and when we try to begin translation, it says "This action is not allowed, please contact our support team for more details".

Symptoms:
Padlock icon next to Crowdin project and error message: "This action is not allowed, please contact our support team for more details".
