On the translation pages using non-Roman alphabets,
which are Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian and Thai,
lost password reset forms are not showing up when customers click the “reset password link” to reset passwords which they received to their email addresses.
However, the translation pages of languages using Roman alphabets are working fine.

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
I've checked and you need to use the same slug as the English language for the My Account page here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot to fix it. This is just the Japanese language and you might want to apply the changes for the other languages.
The issue is related with the url slug translation(my-account) of woocommerce.
However, your sandbox site did not even install woocommerce plugin.
By the way, how can you compare hidden link with your sandbox site?
The sandbox site I shared does have Woocommerce installed. Anyway, I will escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support and will come back to you once I've feedback.
Anyway, the issue is happening on all the translation pages(my-account) using non-Roman alphabets(Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian and Thai).
So, please explain the exact situation to 2nd Tier Support.
We have disabled the WPML + WCML and followed the same steps of resetting the password here hidden link you will see the same issue while WPML and WCML are inactive.
We have changed the English page slug to 私のアカウント
You need to reach out to WC support.
