Hello, I am having an issue with media not being updated on a specific translated page.

After I update/change media on this particular page: hidden link - it does not update on the translated page.

The steps I follow:
change photo --> add original page to translation basket (and there’s a notification it needs to be updated) -> go into the wpml translation and save/update.

here is the translated page: hidden link

This is happening in other places too with text like in the Footer (the footer design isn’t updated - the form was changed and so was the bottom line). The menu still shows English even after I did the translation.

I used Divi theme builder to create the global english footer, and then added to my translation basket.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

I understood the issues you're having. Sometimes due to not selecting the required options to duplicate/translate media items, you may face such issues. Please follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Please open the page in the WordPress editor.
- On the language meta section, make sure these options(hidden link) are selected.
- After that, make a small change in the page title and save the changes.
- Then update the translation.

I hope it will help. However, I checked the Hebrew version of the page and haven't noticed any missing images there. If you're still not seeing the images, Would you please check by clearing the caches from the site and browser as well?

Regarding the issue with the Footer translation- It seems the Footer hasn't been translated properly into other languages yet which is why, the translation is not showing properly. Would you kindly make sure that the footer has been translated correctly into other language by following this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/#translating-custom-global-header-footer

As you've used menu in the footer, also make sure to translate the menu by following this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

I hope the resources I shared above will help. But, if you need further assistance, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
