Hello WPML team,

We are using your Media Translation plugin to translate some videos & preview images.

At first it worked fine, but after moving our server to Raidboxes the larger (15MB) video upload always stops at a random percentage.

In the developer console newtwork tab we get NS_BINDING_ABORTED in Firefox & Canceled in Chrome (in Chrome it was exactly one minute, so sounds like some kind of limit).

There are no console errors.

Do you have any idea what could cause this?

Regards,

Thanks for your patience.

I've converted this chat into a ticket so that we could follow up once you've tested this on your end.

Thank you for your help so far. Here is the requested screen recording of the error with a new video upload and in a private window without cache: hidden link

Thanks for your reply. Please update your server FTP access here and I will escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support for a second look.

Thank you for your understanding.

We've received some feedback, and this is what our 2nd Tier Support team mentioned:

The error NS_BINDING_ABORTED is occurring in Firefox and may be related to the following link: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/704561/ns-binding-aborted-shown-in-firefox-with-httpfox

In summary, the issue appears to be caused by improper expiration header handling on the server's side, which leads the browser to terminate the connection.

As we are unable to replicate this problem on our end, we kindly request that you provide us with the error logs from your server. We can see that you have enabled the debug log as described here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/, but we have not detected any recent errors being generated. Could this be isolated to your side for some reason? Have you tested it using another PC?
