Background of the issue:
I want to add WPML to my site, but suddenly some things are wrong.
I use NL as standard language, EN/FR/DE are with WPML.

Symptoms:
The menu disappears and looks wonky when switching to translations. Also, I can't select and download a drawing in any language other than the standard one.

Questions:
Why does the menu disappear when I switch to translations? ( NL-1.png and EN-1.png )
Why can't I select and download a drawing in languages other than the standard one? ( NL-2.png and EN-2.png )

Hello,

Could you please increase your WP Memory limit?
Add this code to your wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

  
<em>Memory Limit</em>  
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');  

Paste it just before:

Note: WPML needs a minimum WP Memory limit of 128M to work only under a minimal environment, which means, with a default theme and no other plugins installed.

Your theme is compatible with WPML. If you haven't done it yet, please take a look at this documentation:

About the menu, can you please elaborate on how it was created and inserted in the page? Is it an element of the theme? Is it an Elementor element?

About the products, it looks like the translated products are out of stock. How did you translate them? Please try the following:
WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Settings (tab) -> Troubleshooting (bottom right of the page) -> check Sync product stock quantity and status ( synchronizing min stock between translations ) and click "Start"

About the menu, can you please elaborate on how it was created and inserted into the page? Is it an element of the theme? Is it an Elementor element?

How did you translate the products? How is the image to download added? Standard WooCommerce, or do you use an add-on?

The menu is done automaticly with the theme.
Those are the catagory and sub catagory of the products.

While i was taking screeshots, i am wondering if it's becouse the slugg of the catagory's are also renamed ( NL.png and EN.png ) If so how do i cange that?

The other thing is just an product where i made it a variable with the 'Variation Swatches for WooCommerce' plugin.
Here i make the product a virtual and downloadable product with the cost of 0 euro ( yes it's free ). After that i add an pdf that they can download if they 'purchase' the product. product: hidden link

This product has 3 variantions ( all 3 are the same car brand / model ) ( see 1.png, 2.png and 3.png )

Allow me to divide the issues into separate tickets; this will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum as well, and we avoid mixing lots of questions in one ticket.

Let's handle the menu issue here and I'll follow up about the products here:

I don't think it's related to the slugs.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.
It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I'll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site.
This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content.
Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields.

So i figgerd somthing out, it seems that not all the catagories and sub-cat where translated and somhow when some of them translated correctly it removed the parent-child thingy.

So it forgot for some reason that for example 'Ford' was a child of 'Rally for kids'. So if 30+ sub-cat aint a sub category anymore than they all become part of the menu.

And it forgot the 'Menu Thumbnail' - image so if i add this also the problem is fixed
