This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the menu language switcher was not showing on their website, even though they had added it as the last item in the menu and also as an Elementor widget. The switcher was only visible in the footer.

Solution:
Upon investigation, we discovered that the Language Switcher was set to display on the wrong menu. We corrected this by selecting the appropriate menu called "Testing" in WPML -> Languages -> Menu language switcher, which resolved the problem.

Hi,

You got disconnected from the chat, so I turned it into a ticket.

I solved the issue on your site. Did you see it?

Here is what I wrote:

The menu that you have to show in the header is called "Testing". In WPML -> Languages -> Menu language switcher, you selected the Language Switcher to show was the wrong menu. I now changed it to show on "testing" and it solved the problem.
Can you please confirm that it is OK now?

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi Imatar,

Thanks, so the old menu seemed to be broken? I synced a new Dutch menu to the English "Testing" menu however I'm unable to add the 4 last categories in Resources.

Could you tell me what's going wrong here?

Hi,

"Thanks, so the old menu seemed to be broken?"

I didn't check the old menu. I only saw you didn't assign the Language Switcher to the correct menu. When I assigned it to the correct menu, it worked.

"I synced a new Dutch menu to the English "Testing" menu however I'm unable to add the 4 last categories in Resources. Could you tell me what's going wrong here?"

Please read our menu translation and syncing guide here.
