This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to make their website multilingual with Bulgarian as the main language and English as the secondary language. They are using the Cartflows Pro plugin for the checkout process and are unable to translate the checkout and thank-you page into English.

Solution:
1. Create a Cartflow in the original language.
2. In WPML > Settings > Post Types, set

cartflows_step

and

cartflows_flow

post types as translatable.
3. Translate the created Cartflow using WPML's duplicate feature. For more details, see the documentation: Displaying Untranslated Content on Pages in Secondary Languages.
4. Edit the duplicated Cartflow using the WordPress Standard Editor and set it to translate independently.
5. Clone each step using the Cartflows feature.
6. Delete the original steps.
7. Edit the cloned steps to update the title and link to the next step and save.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
- I'm trying to make my website multilingual (Bulgarian as the main language and English as secondary). Everything with posts, pages, and other elements is fine except for the checkout process.

The checkout is handled not by the Woocommerce default template but by the Cartflows Pro plugin - which offers a better checkout experience, upsells, etc.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a way to make the checkout and thank-you page to be in English when browsing the English version.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
- Yes. I have read and followed all the topics in the forum. I've tried setting up the posts types as translatable but they don't appear correct on the live website. Nothing that is suggested in the forum works.

Thank you for getting in touch with us and sharing the details.

Please try the following solution:
1. Create a Cartflow in the original language (same as you usually do without WPML)
2. In WPML > Settings > Post : set cartflows_step and cartflows_flow post types as translatable
3. Translate the created cartflow using WPML's duplicate feature. See more details here:

4. Open to edit using WordPress Standard Editor the duplicated Cartflow. Set it to translate independently.
5. Clone each step, there is a button to do so (Cartflows feature)
6. Delete original steps
7. Edit cloned steps to update the title and link to the next step and save;

Please let me know if that works for you. Each step here is vital, so make sure not to skip any.

The instructions from 4 to 7 are unclear.

4. How to set something to translate independently?
5. There is no "duplicate" function in Cartflows for checkout. I don't know what is needed here because in 3 we have done that.
6. If I delete the original checkout I will lose the translation in bulgarian. How will this work?

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my last reply. Let's go one by one:

4. How to set something to translate independently?
When editing the duplicated page, click Translate independently in the Language box. This unsyncs the secondary language page so your design or translations won’t be overwritten when you update the default language page. (see image)

Unfortunately, you'll have to save the translated texts locally (in a notes app, for instance). Then, you can copy them as you wish. I know this isn't optimal, but due to the incompatibility between WPML and CartFlows.
