Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.
Your account is an end-user, which means a developer user has transferred the sitekey to your account and you won't be able to change the sitekey, only renew to use this key.
To update the sitekey, you can:
- purchase a new WPML license to get full features.
- or contact the developer to create a new sitekey for you.
Hi, I didn't know this account is an end-user. I am not a developper and I am managing my own websites at the moment. I purchased myself this product : ''WPML - the WordPress Multilingual Plugin'' on October 5th on invoice #14516093. How can I make this work with this purchase? If I can't. How to get a refund and can you tell me what I need to do?
I'm asking my colleague about this issue and I will update you here when I have any information. Meanwhile, please share some screenshots of your WPML.org account and the invoice.
If you have a refund request, please contact us here https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/
I also enable a private reply for your next reply if you don't want to publicize the info.
Hi, Thanks.
It allows me to register only to the multilingual blog for 39euro. The multilingual CMS tells me I can't buy this subscription as an End User. What do I need to do ?
After discussing this case with my colleagues, we help you update the current sitekey to Production. Now you can go to admin area > Dashboard > Updates > Click on "Check again" to get the new status.
Furthermore, if you want to have a Multilingual CMS license to control the sitekey fully, there are two options:
- Create a new account and purchase a new Multilingual CMS license.
- Request a refund, after done, purchase a new Multilingual CMS license from your current account.
Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
