Hello,
I would like to ask for your assistance.
I'm using your plugin on my site (www.iusys.eu).
After translating everything and saving, some translations don't save, especially in Spanish and French. Most of our pop ups mix languages, an example is attached.
At first the main language of the site was Portuguese, then we changed it to English. Influence?
Could it be a bug? What can I do? Can you help me?
Thank you

Hello,

it could be that after changing language your settings and translation were mixed.

I would advise first making sure it works fine in the default language. Then please let me know:

1) How did you create this popup and how are you translating?

2) How can I see the issue and what part is wrong? From your image, all looks in English not mixed.

Let me know.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello, good morning.

1) The popup has been translated in your plugin.

2) Attached is another image, the popup is on the French site, it hasn't saved the translation, the form is in Portuguese and the title in English, when it should all be in French.

Another thing that also happens is that it keeps going to the list of translations even though they have already been translated.

What can I do?

Thanks.

Hello,

thanks, as mentioned I would need a bit more info since there are many different ways/plugins how they could have been created or translated.

So I will repeat my questions:

1) Please share a video or steps on how did you created this popup and the steps you use to translate it?

2) Please share steps on how can I check/trigger a popup with the issue on frontend?

Regards,
Drazen
