Hello, I hope that you are doing well. Our navigation menu is not displaying on hidden link and English translation: hidden link. We did open a ticket with theme support, but they were not able to help us and redirected us to WPML Support. Could you help us with this issue? Thank you! |

Hello There, I understood that the Navigation menu is not showing on your site. This could happen due to not creating the menu or specifying the menu as the primary menu for the site. Please go to "Appearance > Menus" and make sure that a menu is created there and configured correctly. If the menu is not showing in spite of configuring it correctly, Can you please check what happens if you keep the WPML plugin disabled? If the issue persists even after that, it indicates that there might be something within your site causing conflicts with the navigation menu. To troubleshoot this further, I recommend switching to a default theme such as "twenty twenty-one" and disabling other plugins. This approach will help you identify the exact source of the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |

Hello Prosenjit, Thank you for your kind response. As it is a multi-site, we have multiple URLs : - hidden link -> Main French Website I can confirm that the primary menu checkbox is checked. When WPML is deactivated, the menu is not displayed on the blog. I will be happy to provide any further needed information. Thank you in advance for your help and do not hesitate if you need more information. |

Hello There, As the blog site is on another subdomain, maybe the menu is not added there which is why, it is not showing there. Would you please log in to the Blog site and make sure that a menu is also added there or not? However, as the issue persists even without the WPML plugin, it is clear that the WPML plugin is not responsible for the issue you're having. Maybe the menu is not configured correctly in the Blog site or something else within the blog site is causing the issue. Please enable the debug log by following the documentation below and inspect the errors logged there. - https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ I hope this information aids you in identifying the underlying cause of the problem. If you manage to find any traces of WPML in the Error log, we'll be delighted to assist you further in resolving the issue. Best Regards, |
