But this is a VERY OLD article and the current Divi has no such screen where I can activate the classic editor. The existing version looks like the example in the screenshot. When I press the Return to Default editor button, my page will be destroyed, and cannot get back.
I also found somewhere, that I need to activate the plugin in the classic editor - I did it and the screen looks like the second screenshot - again, it is not possible to display HTML here.
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. In order to see the Divi code, please install another theme and activate it, for example, Twenty Twenty-One.
After that, please edit the same page, and you should see the Divi code.
Kindly let me know if you were able to register the table module.
this is the output - now can you help me to identify the tags. I also discuss it with some of your colleagues and finally, we were able to create a such XML schema:
The custom XML seems to be okay. Please activate Divi, update the page in the default language, and translate it.
If you couldn't see the missing strings in the translation editor, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Best regards,
Osama
