Need support with hreflang tag.

The double link tags with the attribute hreflang="x-default" could be an issue from a plugin or a block of code on your site. If you do not want to disable plugins on the live site, please set up a staging site where we can do some tests to find what causes the issue. A minimal environment should be: - Disable all non-WPML plugins - Switch to a standard theme of WordPress If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your staging site to take a better look at the issue.
