Sorry, I would need a site snapshot to continue with the troubleshooting. Or can I have your permission to create a snapshot on our own?

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose.

If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded.

If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files.

Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big).

Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it.

You can paste the link to the file there.

Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

I apologize for the delay. I've tried importing the duplicator copy but I'm getting database errors. Could you please share FTP access here so that I could continue with my troubleshooting?

Sorry, I'm not sure why importing the duplicator copy is not possible. It keeps saying some database issue. Could you replicate the issue again here on our new sandbox site hidden link .

Then, record a short screen recording explaining the issue. Once you've done that, I will forward this to our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance.

Thanks for your patience.

We found a solution and this is what you need to do. Insert the custom XML configuration below into WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration Tab.

<wpml-config>
    <admin-texts>
        <key name="wclt_prefix"/>
        <key name="wclt_prefix_instock"/>
        <key name="wclt_prefix_outofstock"/>
        <key name="wclt_prefix_onbackorder"/>
        <key name="wclt_prefix_discontinued"/>
        <key name="wclt_global_lead_time_instock"/>
        <key name="wclt_global_lead_time_outofstock"/>
        <key name="wclt_global_lead_time_onbackorder"/>
        <key name="wclt_global_lead_time_discontinued"/>
    </admin-texts>
    <custom-term-fields>
        <custom-term-field action="translate">wclt_lead_time</custom-term-field>
    </custom-term-fields>
    <custom-fields>
        <custom-field action="translate">_wclt_lead_time</custom-field>
    </custom-fields>
</wpml-config>

Then, navigate to WPML > Taxonomy Translation and translate the Lead Time from there. Could you give it a try and let me know how it goes?
