I got a problem with Woocommerce and WPML
My website has 3 languages. German, english and spanish

Once a reservation is made, i get 3 calendar entries.

one Reservation = one entry in each language
But i just need one entry, because its just one reservation.

So its confusing, because i get shitloads of calendar entries

I have double-checked the problem, but so far I haven't been able to find a fix. I asked my colleagues to take a look to see if there's anything I'm missing.

Thanks for your patience.

It seems we're not able to reproduce the issue in the Sandbox. We have created a few examples of bookings and orders, but so far they're not registered for all languages in the Google Calendar: hidden link. Only one registration is noted.

This makes me believe that the problem might be specific to some component/detail in your website. We might be facing an interaction issue with a third-party functionality, in this case:

- Make sure to have a backup
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML and WooCommerce
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue

Could you please tell me the results of this investigation?

Moreover, since I'm using a different method of payment and booking you used in the videos shared yesterday, you might want to try yourself to replicate the issue in the Sandbox. So please feel free to enter it (the automatic login link can be found in our chat), and check it yourself.
