Background of the issue:
I am trying to make the product description visible in the original language (Irish) on my WooCommerce site. The description is only showing in English. I have tested this with all plugins off except WooCommerce and WPML, and using the 2024 theme. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see the description in Irish on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The product description is only showing in English instead of Irish, even though it appears correctly in the WPML translation pop-up.
