Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this case.

I understood that after running the WooCommerce Multilingual troubleshooting, the variations in default language are no longer appearing. The option available in the Troubleshooting for variations can only sync the variation across the language and fix if there are any issues with the variation relationship.

Since you're using several optimization plugin and Cloudflare as well, can you please claring the caches from there?

If the problem persists, then please open the default product in the editor and confirm whether the attributes and variations are present. If they are, please edit the product by adding any character, save the changes, and update the product's translation.

Let me know how it goes. If you still need further assistance, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help you.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

Hi Prosenjit, I've cleared the cache on Cloudflare (I'm not using the caching features of WP-Optimize), but still the problem persists. I've checked the default product variations page, both the attributes and variations have disappeared.

Hello There,

Thanks for trying out the suggestions and sharing the update. As the attribute and variation are not included with the product, Would you kindly add them again to the default product, update the translation and then check if the issue persists or not by running the troubleshooting?

If you want, you can create a test product and execute the tests there. If the issue persists even after that, then a closer inspection will require to understand the root cause. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.

It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response and we're always here to help.

Hi Prosenjit, I've added them back and now they appear in the default language as well as the additional language. However, the colors of the swatches are not appearing in the additional languages (they are appearing in the default language). I've tried syncing the attributes, but with no luck. I've also checked that the colors are defined in the Attributes/Configure Terms/Additional language section as well. Do I need to run all the troubleshooting checklists again or is there a specific one I need to run?

Hi There,

Sorry for the delay in responding. The weekend caused a slight delay, but I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Glad to hear that the variation is appearing in the default and translated versions of the product. But, as the swatches are not showing in Translated products, it is possible that the variations have not been appropriately synchronized across the other languages. Would you please check by following the steps below?

- Please go to "WooCommecre > WooCommerce Multilingual" and click on the "Status" Tab.
- Scroll down and click on "Troubleshooting"
- Select the options marked in this screenshot(hidden link) and click on "start".

It will synchronize the variations across the languages and solve the issue. Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to assist you if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best Regards,
prosenjit

Hi There,

Thanks for patiently following the instructions. As the issue still persists, a closer inspection will require to understand the root cause.

Kindly share the link to a product where you're having the issue along with temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you! Original product are visible now and I also found the issue with the color swatches. It was that each product had its own custom color in the color swatches tab. I've set it to default so that it would use the standard color attributes which have been translated. Thanks for your help!
