This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where pages and posts in Preview mode display outdated HTML code when the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is activated. This affects both original and translated content, and the issue does not occur when WPML is deactivated.
Solution:
We recommended updating the WPML plugins to the latest version (v4.7.5) to address this issue. If the problem persists after updating, we advised the client to ensure that all plugins and themes are up-to-date by checking https://nektony.com/wp-admin/update-core.php. Additionally, we suggested creating a staging site to safely test updates if the client is uncomfortable updating the plugins on the production site.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Hi again,

I'm sorry, but the access link seems to have expired. Can you create a temporary admin user and share the credentials? You can use any test email.

Your next message will be private so you can share the credentials securely.

Thank you for the link.

I double-checked the Spanish translation of the hidden link page, and it seems you manually translated the page via the WordPress Editor; however, the Translation Editor is active, and any translation done via the Translation Editor will overwrite the translation from the WordPress Editor and vice versa.

Also, I tested the preview of the Spanish version of the page (hidden link) and it looks correct. So I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.

Before checking the preview, I flushed the cache memory.
