This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to use the WPML system to translate new or edited content. They had activated the 'Pay-as-you-go' option but still had 588 credits left from a prepaid plan. The system required 1004 credits for a new article, and the client was unsure if it could use the remaining prepaid credits to cover the difference.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by first fixing a stuck translation from Polish to English. We then restarted the 'Translate Everything' option in WPML -> Translation Management by pausing it and pressing the 'Start automatic translation' button again. We chose to translate both new and existing content. This process first used the existing credits and then switched to the 'Pay-as-you-go' system. Now, the client can continue translating their site.

Background of the issue:
I am a relatively new customer and only now after the implementation I am switching to permanent article writing etc. in connection with this I activated “Pay-as-you-go” on my account but I have 588 credits left from the prepaid. The new article in the queue requires 1004 credits .... and I don't know if now it can't match the difference, nevertheless nothing works and nothing translates from new articles or when editing.

Symptoms:
I can't use your system and translate new content.

Questions:
Why it doesn't work.

Hi,

We fixed the translation that was stuck from Polish to English on our side. It is not translated into English. Then, I restarted the Translate Everything option on your site in WPML -> Translation Management. I paused it and pressed the Start automatic translation button again. Please see the attached screenshot start-at.jpg. Then, I was asked whether I wanted to translate new and exciting content or only new content. I selected to translate new and existing content. Please see the attached screenshot trans-new-and-ext.jpg. The translation into German has also been completed. It first consumed the existing credits and then started to use Pay-as-you-go. Please see the attached screenshot Pay-as-you-go-works.jpg.

Now, you can continue to translate your site.

Can you please confirm that the problem is solved?
