Hi there, we have had a long standing issue where by we can't translate the emails sent by the TutorLMS plugin. This is a membership plugin so translating the emails that it sends is very important to us. We went with TutorLMS as it is listed as compatible both by themselves and yourselves on your website here: https://wpml.org/plugin/tutor-lms-pro/

We have had two previous tickets open you can see both here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-tutor-lms-email-content/ and here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/can-the-ticket-be-re-opene/

The last response we got was that the problem was for TutorLMS to resolve. After a lot of back and forth and slow replies from them they have said they can't be translated. Which in our opinion is not fair since we went with this plugin since you had listed it as compatible stating "This plugin has been tested thoroughly, and you can use it to build multilingual sites without experiencing issues." which is not true. Is there anything that can be done? We are getting nowhere with TutorLMS and I think you need to at least look at their compatibility status as it is clearly not fully compatible as it says on your website. Many thanks, Chris.

Hi Chris

I've looked over the previous threads you shared, and I have reviewed the internal ticket this was escalated to which has had input both from the developers in our compatibility team as well as our partnerships manager, from which it is very clear that this is a feature which the plugin authors have undertaken to implement, but without any timescale communicated to us. It's not something we can implement on our side.

So it looks like we need to review our compatibility page for Tutor LMS to make clear that it has this particular issue.

I've asked our team to edit that page to add these details, or link from it to a known-issues report.

I'm sorry I don't have a better solution for you, and encourage you to keep pressing the plugin authors to prioritise this.
