I don't have access to your site. I'm still waiting for you to share the credentials to the staging site. If there were changes on the site you should check with other users with access.

Because the support activate the plugins and worked on the website, the website change the direction of MY USER

now I understand so you know that when u activate the string plugin the same big problem accrued, all of the products with no text and cant be add to cart.
please don't activate the plugins again.
please change my users to right to left as it was before.

I was actually testing a few things before deactivating the content, but i don't know if you saw my video, in there i explained what was happening and it seemed like the problem was fixed now, can you confirm that's the case?
if not, can you tell me where can i see the problem?
i really wanted to use the staging site, but that site is redirecting to the live site, so i can't really use it at all and since you mentioned it was an URGENT matter, i tried to run a quick test (controlled one, knowing that nothing woudl crash or anything and i basically left it active only when testing and then deactivated it to avoid creating issues on your end).
