Hi, I don't have access to your site. I'm still waiting for you to share the credentials to the staging site. If there were changes on the site you should check with other users with access. |

maybe someone enter the website 2 times and activate again and again in my user (the user I gave to WPML SUPPORT) THE 3 -4 PLUGINS OF WPML it's redirected to the live website. it's definitely one of the supporters. |

By the way the "direction" you are talking about is found on the profile. i thought you had given us a different user, not yours. you can change it back from users > My profile and in there you can select the language for your user, it's a language for your user alone 🙂 Regards. |

I was actually testing a few things before deactivating the content, but i don't know if you saw my video, in there i explained what was happening and it seemed like the problem was fixed now, can you confirm that's the case? if not, can you tell me where can i see the problem? i really wanted to use the staging site, but that site is redirecting to the live site, so i can't really use it at all and since you mentioned it was an URGENT matter, i tried to run a quick test (controlled one, knowing that nothing woudl crash or anything and i basically left it active only when testing and then deactivated it to avoid creating issues on your end). |
