Background of the issue:
I want product translations to be done manually and not to use credits. I also try to 'Approve translation revisions' but it shows a problem: 'This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs.' The result is that there is no synchronization of the products in the two languages. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
Error message: 'This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs.' No synchronization of the products in the two languages.

Questions:
What settings do I need to change to ensure product translations are done manually and not use credits?
How can I resolve the issue with 'Approve translation revisions' showing the error: 'This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs'?

I've checked and some of the English products are still in "drafts" as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you please review all English products and ensure they are in the "published" state?

Hi,

There are many products that are not draft, but do not appear in English. Note "page is not found". For some reason the product sync is not working. See the example in a product in the attachments screenshots.

The same problem. Maybe the problem is the memory and the approval of revisions not working. What do you thing. How I can solve this issue.

I see that the WordPress Memory Limit is below the requirements. The minimum requirements are 128M, but we do recommend 256M and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40M. Please check this link for more details
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/.
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file, right before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

After adding the code you can confirm that the memory was changed correctly from WPML > Support > WordPress > Memory limit.

But the problem remains. Approving revisions in the translations menu doesn't work (See the attachment). A while ago he was working. I do not know when it stopped working and why.

It seems that the translations might be incomplete or missing, which could be causing this error. To address this, please back up your data and navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs Tab. Locate the affected products' translation jobs and delete them. Afterward, initiate the translation process again and check if it resolves the issue.

Hi,

as you can see the English product links are not working. English product page not displayed. I found that had changed the permalink settings from "custom structure" to "article name" it won't accept change. I always used "custon structure". Did you change a setting? Can you check them?

No, I did not change that before. Try adjusting the permalink to "Default" as shown in the attached screenshot. Remember to backup first.

Sorry, did you change the WP admin access credentials? It's no longer working for me and it says this "Σφάλμα: Το όνομα χρήστη wpml δεν είναι εγγεγραμμένο σε αυτόν τον ιστότοπο. Εάν δεν είστε βέβαιοι για το όνομα χρήστη σας, δοκιμάστε τη διεύθυνση email σας."

Could you please update the credentials here again?

I've deactivated RankMath temporarily and it seems to work fine now. Could you check the settings here https://wpml.org/plugin/rank-math-seo/ which explains how to set up the rankmath plugin to work with WPML?

Hi,

thank you for your help!
It actually seems to work. In the next period I will check all the products, if they are synchronized in both languages. But there are many products in the translations menu and the "approve translation revisions" doesn't work. Why it does not work and is this affects the operation of the eshop.
