How can I get a refund? I no longer want to use this plugin because it does not meet my requirements. I purchased it yesterday but only installed it on my website today. Translating my website with it would take me months, as each page has to be translated separately. The same sections are not saved, so they have to be translated again every time. How can I request a refund?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

You can translate pages in bulk by sending them for translation via WPML → Translation Dashboard.

For more details, please refer to:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/
https://wpml.org/how-to/translation-dashboard/

WPML also includes a built-in Translation Memory, which reuses existing translations for repeated content. This helps reduce costs by avoiding charges for translating the same text multiple times.

More information can be found here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/

An important point to keep in mind:

WPML’s translation memory updates only after all translations in a batch are complete. If you’re translating multiple pages that share content, start by sending just one for translation. Once it’s fully translated, the translation memory will update. You can then send the remaining pages, and the existing translations will be reused automatically.

If you still prefer a refund, you can request it here:
https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/

Please let me know if you’d like to give WPML another try — I’d be happy to assist you further.
