The client accidentally purchased WPML instead of a different language plugin and has not installed it yet. They are seeking a refund.

Hello, I accidentally purchased WPML while trying to buy a different language plugin, so I made a mistake. I haven't installed the plugin on my domain yet. Could you please issue a refund? Thank you for your understanding.
