Can I restore back credit already use? Before this I use auto translate. Second where I can check content that already translate before this like history.

Hi there.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund translation credits that have been used already.

We also mention this in our documentation here:

We also pay for these credits so once they are used, we already sent our payment to the translation engine service.

You can also find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section below):
