Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up a product in WooCommerce with a sale price in both DKK (base currency) and EUR. The sale price is explicitly set for both currencies on all related products. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
In the base currency DKK, the sale price is displayed correctly on the front end. However, in the EUR currency, the sale price is not displayed at all, and when adding the product to the basket, it is not sold at the sale price.

Questions:
Why is the sale price not showing in EUR?
How can I ensure the sale price is applied in EUR when adding to the basket?

While one of my teammates takes care of your ticket, I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

Please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.7.1, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.

Let us know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

Hi Andrey. I already updated all plugins to the latest version before submitting the ticket, as suggested by the form. But the issue persists.

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

I can see the problem on your site. Before I could access your site, the price did not show. Did you somehow set the price to only show for logged-in users?

Please back up your site's DB and try the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency troubleshooting options. You will find them in WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Status -> Troubleshooting link. Or in this direct link.

If the troubleshooting options do not help, then please try the following.

We suspect a collision with the theme or another plugin might cause this problem. If possible, get your site into a minimum environment, switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty-Four and having no plugins activated except WPML.

First, you must check if the problem persists when just the theme is switched to TwentyTwenty-Four (for example). If it persists, deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce without any extensions. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not continue, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****

*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***
