I am trying to: make goog SEO with RankMath Pro for GER, NL and EN

I expected to see: The results for the country I am searching. I do not need NL or EN Results on Google search, when I am searching in German, on a german browser and in Germany itself
Instead, I got: Just have a look in the image. Translations are wrong indexed here in Google.
Also I have contacted RankMath itself in order to check, if it comes with the SEO Programms, but the replied as following:

Upon inspecting some of your pages, it seems that hreflang tags has not been added. hreflangs are essential tags for multilanguage pages. These tags are handled by your translation plugin so I would suggest contacting them to address this.
