That sandbox site is expired. It will be deleted after 7 days from last login. I created a new one for you to test with the same steps I shared above.

There is no data. How the **** has it been a month and you still have not solved anything???

Why am I even paying for support? Meanwhile customers contact me because of not being able to order. WPML is actively losing me business - thanks for that.

Hi,

As I mentioned above, the sandbox site will expire after 7 days from the last login. And 2 sites were expired so I had to create a new one and update it in my reply.

In a previous reply, you said the issue does not relate to the custom code on your child theme:

So I ask you to help us replicate the issue on a clean installation of WordPress. I also tried to replicate the issue on a sandbox site with clear steps but did not see that.

Can you please share some screenshots of this issue or share steps I can see that on your site? If it does not relate to the shipping class as the main issue of this ticket, I will help you split this issue into a new ticket for better handling.
