This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate a page using WPML and encounter an error stating "You don't have enough credits to translate automatically!" despite your WPML account showing 70000 credits.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. Temporarily remove your website from your WPML account at https://wpml.org/account/sites/. This action won't affect your translation credits or translation memory but will help refresh your license status.
2. Re-add your website and ensure to copy the newly generated key. When adding it, use the exact same format as shown in your WordPress admin under Settings > General (e.g., http or https, www or non-www).
3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial in your WordPress dashboard.
4. If available, click on 'Unregister WPML' then 'Register WPML' and enter the new key.
5. Check if the credits are now available. If not, manually assign credits to your site as outlined in the tutorial at https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hello there,

To try to fix this issue, please to do the follow procedure:

- Temporarily remove your website here: (https://wpml.org/account/sites/). You won't lose any translation credits or the translation memory, this is just to force WPML to refresh the license status
- Add the website again and copy the new generated key, when adding it make sure that you use the exact same format as available inside the wp-admin > settings > general, eg.: http or https | www or non-www
- Now go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial
- Click on Unregister WPML if you see it there
- Click on Register WPML and enter the new key you just created

After that please check if the credits will be automatically available, if not, please go to your WPML account page and assign credits to your site as described in this tutorial.

Thank you, please let me know how that goes.

Hi

Thank you for your fast reply.
Can you please specify what do you mean by this: "- Now go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial"
Should I add plugin called "commercial"?
If you mean "OTGS Installer", that has already been installed.

Hello there,

The 'Commercial' tab is a screen where you can register WPML and download/install the plugins or updates.

While it is available in the 'add plugins' screen, it is not a separate plugin, just a link in the screen. Or you could click this link: hidden link

Thank you, please let us know how that goes.
