Hello, 1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site. - To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page. Hello, thanks for getting back and taking the time to provide the video, but I was more thinking of taking screenshots with tools like LOOM or similar. Anyway, to speed things up please: 1) Please explain what goes wrong and what would be the correct behavior? 2) Create a staging site where I can check the issue, and provide us with an admin access detail in the private field bellow. Whenever I add new language it's working and I tried saving it. But when I refresh my browser It disappears all of the added languages |

Hello, I am not sure what are your steps, but I have just duplicated the slider, set it to JP and changed the text, then saved the slider. It saves just fine, image attached. You are also free to check, I have left JP slide there. If saving for you doesn't work, try checking with some other device or in private windows or different browsers. Related docs: Regards, |
