I've tried to find these elements with Auto registering strings functionality and checked all the strings manualy - still some of them are not translated.
Please check the screenshots in the attachment.

Hello there,
Thank you for contacting our support.
Did you try both auto-register and Look for strings while pages are rendered?
If not, please go to WPML -> String Translation and enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered", then visit the page in which these strings are located and go back to the String Translation, refresh the page and check if you'll be able to locate new strings now. (Please don't forget to uncheck the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered" once you're done). Translate the new strings and see if it gets the issue fixed.
If it doesn't work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello there,
Thank you for making a backup. I understand your concerns about providing full admin access. Let's see how we can proceed:
1. Source Identification: First, we need to identify where the untranslated strings are coming from. This step is crucial in understanding why they aren't being translated. Could you tell me if you're able to edit these texts in the main language, or are they not accessible for editing?
2. Debugging Methods: It seems the usual methods haven't resolved this issue, so further investigation is necessary. Here are two secure alternatives we can explore:
a. Site Package: Can you provide a link to download a package of your site (including files and database)?
b. Migrating/copying site to our staging servers: I can guide you on copying your site to our debugging server. This will be a temporary copy, and I'll remove it from our servers once we resolve the issue.
c. Sandbox Login Link: I can provide a login to a fresh WordPress + WPML setup. You'd need to configure it similarly to your site, just enough to replicate the issue. This doesn't require sharing your site's access or data.
Your data's security and privacy are paramount to us, and all information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Please let me know which option works best for you, and I'll provide the necessary steps to proceed.
Best,
Mateus
