This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to add a menu and widgets manually to your website using WPML, but you encounter issues where the source text for the website name, menu, and widgets is not displayed in translation management. Additionally, when you add the menu and widgets manually, it results in duplicated menu and widgets on the original website, and they are not applied on the translated website.
Solution:
We recommend accessing the String Translation section and deleting any instances of the domain name related to the menu and widgets, such as:

admin_texts_ql_services_permalink

admin_texts_ql_services_permalink

After this, reload the page to allow WPML to rescan the frontend. The deleted strings should reappear. You should then verify both strings and use the "Change the language of selected strings" option to correct the language settings. Please check if the issue is resolved after performing these steps.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I believe I've resolved the permalink issue. Here's what I did: I accessed String Translation and deleted two instances of the domain name:

admin_texts_ql_services_permalink
admin_texts_ql_services_permalink

After reloading the page, the string translations rescanned the frontend. The deleted strings reappeared, and I corrected the language by verifying both strings and using the "Change the language of selected strings" option. Could you check now?

Thanks for your reply.

The links you shared work for me. Maybe you can try to clear your browser cache?
