This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing two main issues with their WPML setup on different sites. First, the FAQ page translated via WPML is still displaying in English on the website. Second, there is a conflict error with the WPML site key on the production site, which has disrupted the ATE connection and is preventing translation jobs from being processed.
Solution:
1. For the issue with the FAQ page not displaying translations, we have opened a separate support ticket to address this specific problem. You can follow the updates and find detailed guidance here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-faq-not-translated/.
2. Regarding the ATE connection issue, it is crucial to clarify the terminology and setup regarding what is referred to as a 'hub'. In WPML, this typically involves the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) where multiple sites can share translation credits, memory, and glossaries. It is important to confirm whether the 'hub' mentioned refers to this ATE setup or something specific within your infrastructure. Understanding this will help us provide a precise and safe recommendation for resolving the connection issues.

If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should further assistance be needed, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. For additional support, visit our support forum at https://wpml.org/forums/.

Could you create tickets from my third message in the beginning?
Also point no 4, which is related to the other website, DogMap, where you probably will need the login data as well.

Okay lets continue with Dogmap.
Two things here.

1. We translated the FAQ Page in WPML but on our page where FAQ is added in the end it is still in English. What went wrong or how to do better?

2. We've successfully connected map.pfotenpiloten.org/up/stage to the ADF staging hub and switched it to PTC.
And map.pfotenpiloten.org/up (production) needs your support to - While plugin updates on production, we noticed the WPML site key was missing which was preventing plugin updates from working. We registered the key (BJBSLz9Wct), but this triggered an AMS conflict error on WPML's server side, likely because the site's ATE account ID had shifted when we connected the staging hub earlier. The conflict means the production site's ATE connection is currently broken and translation jobs cannot be processed.

Short background info we want to use ADF on all of our websites. The third one is Pfotenpiloten. And the IT team had the following questions.

For pfotenpiloten.org/enterprise, we need to pause before proceeding. The enterprise staging site is currently acting as a hub with pfotenpiloten.org production connected to it, sharing 29,162 credits and translation memory. Disconnecting it to connect to ADF staging would reset the translation memory and glossary on both enterprise staging and production, and the credits could become inaccessible during the transition.

Key questions:
1 Can pfotenpiloten.org/enterprise staging be connected to a different hub without affecting pfotenpiloten.org production?
2. What happens to the 29,162 credits during this transition?
3. What is the safest process to reorganize the hub connections?

Hello,

as said, we can not mix different topic in same ticket as it will be become very difficult to keep up with conversation.

1) For FAQ I have opened new ticket:

2) Just to clarify first, when you mention “hub”, could you please confirm what exactly you are referring to on your side?

From WPML/ATE perspective, there isn’t an official concept called a “hub” in the UI. What is usually meant by that is the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) account connection, where multiple sites can share:

- translation credits
- translation memory
- glossary

This sharing happens when sites are connected under the same ATE account.

So before we proceed further, I want to make sure we are aligned:

Are you referring to sites sharing the same translation credits and memory (ATE account)?
Or is this something specific in your infrastructure (e.g. ADF staging hub)?

Once I understand what you mean by “hub”, I can give you a precise and safe recommendation on how to proceed.

Regards,
Drazen
