This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Forms created with the Forminator plugin are not being auto-translated, and there is no option to translate them.
Solution:
Forminator plugin, it is not officially compatible with WPML. However, the plugin author is working on making it compatible. In the meantime, the client can create separate forms for each language and manually insert the correct form shortcode into the corresponding translated page (https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/forminator-pro-wpml-compatible-forms/). Alternatively, we suggest using plugins that are officially compatible with WPML, which can be found here:

Hi,
I am using automatic translation on my website hidden link
I have two pages that have been translated. But I also have a header with the menu to go from one page to another. And when I translate the page, the translated version does not show the header, so it is not possible to use the menu and go to the other page. I tried to edit the translations, but I could not find an option to add the header section to be translated. I am sending the screenshots showing that the original version has a header, an the translated one does not have it.

I also wanted to translate some forms that I made with Forminator plugin and they are published on my site, but the content of these forms is not auto-translated and I cannot find an option to translate them.

I would really appreciate your help. I am new to this plugin.

Kind regards.

Hello,

it seems Forminator is not officially compatible with WPML, but the plugin author is working on this:

- hidden link

In the meantime, you can create a different form for each language and then manually add the correct form (shortcode) to the correct language by manually editing the page in 2nd language.

Otherwise, we suggest using officially compatible plugins:
