Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I checked the Downloads page and noticed that the Files icon appears as "Click" in English. Upon inspection, it seems the issue is due to the same icon not being added in the English translation. Please try the following steps to see if that resolves the issue:

1. Copy the file icon from the default language.
2. Open the page in the WPML Translation Editor.
3. Add the icon in the translation and format it similarly by following this video: hidden link
4. Save the translation.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
