I'm also not able to change the image of the flag for the English menu selection to the American flag even though I uploaded it.

Hi,

Please create a full backup then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the
"Clear the Cache in WPML" option then check if you see the correct flag.

Could you please clear the Siteground optimizer cache and then check again?

If the issue persists, please provide me with temporary access (WP-Admin) so I can investigate this issue further.

It seems that the flag image is not uploaded correctly, please make sure that you're uploading a file with one of the supported formats (gif, jpg|jpeg|jpe, png, svg).

If the format is supported, kindly share the file with me using DropBox or Google Drive, or any similar service.
