Thank you for this information. I followed the simple instructions and it made the main menu item disappear. In the admin menu area I can see the submenus but the top level name (for example: Members) was not created. When I previewed, the menu does not appear.

Could you please upload some screenshots? I would like to see what you're referring to.

If you created your menu in Appearance → Menus, have you tried syncing it under WPML → WP Menus Sync?

Before making any changes, please ensure that you back up your database first.
