This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The footers, which appear to be widgets, are not translatable.
Solution:
For translating the Widget Group title, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration (tab).
2. If the field is empty, paste the following XML code:

<wpml-config>
  <gutenberg-blocks>
    <gutenberg-block type="core/widget-group" translate="1">
      <key name="title"></key>
      <xpath>//h2</xpath>
    </gutenberg-block>
  </gutenberg-blocks>
</wpml-config>

If the field is not empty, then paste the relevant part within the

<wpml-config></wpml-config>

tags.
3. Click the Save button.
4. Go to WPML -> Translation Management and look for the Block section.
5. Select the relevant Widget and send it for translation.

The footers are also not translatable. They seem to be widgets.

Hi,

I can see that the "Follow us" widget title is translated. The problem is with the following titles: Get to know Us, Information, Orders & Delivery. Please search for those strings in WPML -> Strings Translation. If you can't find them there, please tell me where you have created the footer of your site?

Regards,
Itamar.

I searched for these two and tried to translate the Chinese version first, but it still didn't display correctly when I refreshed the front end.

I suggest you fix this problem by creating a widget for each language as explained in the following guide.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi,

I understand that the method I suggested to create a widget for each language does not fit your needs. Please note that my weekend hours are Friday to Saturday. So, I'll be available to continue checking this issue and helping you next week.

I appreciate your patience.

Hi, Bro.

These widget titles were originally in Portuguese but associated with the English language. I could find this in WPML -> Strings Translation by searching for:

</h2><div class="wp-widget-group__inner-blocks"></div>

Please see the attached screenshot.
So I deleted the incorrect strings and translated Orders & Delivery, Information, and Get to know Us into Chinese. But because of the cache, the change was not visible on the frontend. Please stop the cache on your site, translate everything, and it should work. After that, you can put the cache back on.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi,

The problem in this case is that the title of the Widget Group is not showing the translation, even if it is translated in the Strings Translation. I'm consulting our second-tier supporters about this problem. Meanwhile, you can delete the title of this widget and add a Heading widget before the List Item widget. Please see the attached screenshot, add-heading-widget.jpg. Then, in WPML -> Strings Translation, it is possible to translate the Heading block. Please see the attached screenshot heading-in-st.jpg. And it works on the frontend. Please see the attached screenshot front-ok.jpg. Please do the same with the other two widgets and translate them into all the languages.

I'll keep you updated on what our second-tier supporters have to say about this issue. But in general, I think you should not wait and proceed with the solution I provided.

Regards,
Itamar.
