You can read a detailed explanation about it here. http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem. 2. If you can't find a specific string, please check the following guide about how to find the strings that are not listed in WPML > String Translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ 3. If that didn't help please provide me with more details about which plugin/theme is used to create the string and where I can see it on the front end. Regards, Mohamed
