This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the option for string translation in the backend to translate elements like the search box and breadcrumbs.
Solution:
We informed the client that the Multilingual Blog subscription they are currently using does not include the WPML String Translation plugin. We recommended upgrading the subscription to Multilingual CMS or Multilingual Agency to access this plugin. The upgrade link is available in the client's account on wpml.org.

For translating the search box, if it is a widget, we suggested duplicating it, adding translated strings, and displaying them for the appropriate language. We provided a link to the relevant documentation: Translating Widgets.

For translating breadcrumbs, if they are the titles of pages, we suggested translating the title of those pages. If that does not work, the WPML String Translation plugin is necessary. The client can search for the text of the breadcrumbs and translate it using the String Translation. We provided a link to the relevant documentation: String Translation.

If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. You will need WPML String Translation plugin to translate those.

The WPML Multilingual Blog account offers the most affordable way to manually translate your site’s primary content, including Posts, Pages, Taxonomy, Menus, and Media.

Please have a look here for more information: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-with-multilingual-blog/

It depends on how the search box or breadcrumbs were added to your website. If the search box is a widget, you can try duplicating it, adding translated strings, and displaying them for the appropriate language. For more information, you can visit this URL: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/.

If the breadcrumbs are the title of pages, you can try translating the title of those pages and see if it helps. However, if that doesn't work, you must use the WPML String Translation plugin. You can search for the text of the breadcrumbs and translate the text using that String Translation.
