There were 7000 pending products, 6400 were translated, but 602 were stuck for 12 hours. From where?

Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I can understand the issue you're having. Would you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue?

- Navigate to "WPML > Settings" in your WordPress dashboard.
- In the "Translation Mode" section, click on "Change Mode", choose "Translate What You Choose", and then save your changes.
- After this, clear your website's caches and reload the settings page.
- Revisit the Translation mode, switch it back to "Translate Everything Automatically", and click continue.
- You will then be prompted to select the content you wish to translate. Choose the option "Translate all my current content plus new content as I create it." Click Continue and ensure you save these settings.

If the Automatic Translation debt is cleared(You can see that by going to the "WPML > Translation Management > Tools" tab), the automatic translation process should be initiated after following the steps above.

But, if you're still having issues, please go to "WPML > Support ↳ Advanced Translation Editor → Error Logs" and share a screenshot of the page. Please ensure that the details within each column are properly visible in the Screenshot. I will check and let you know what to do next.

Hello There,

If your site has several untranslated elements, translating them will indeed require more credits. However, for a better understanding, could you share a screenshot showing where you've noticed an increase in credit?

I will check and let you know what to do next.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Thank you for sharing the access information.

Since Object caching was active, I initially cleared the Object Caches and set the Translation Mode to "Translate What you choose". After a while, I switched back to Automatic Translation mode, cleared the caches, and it looks like the automatic translation process has resumed successfully. You can see this in the screenshot here: hidden link.

Please note that there are over 400 products pending translation, so this process may take a bit of time to complete fully.

Also, I should mention that your current usage of credits is approaching the Safety Limit. You can learn more about this limit here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/#are-there-any-limits.

Once you hit this limit, you have to pay the limit to continue using Automatic Translation. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Now.There were more than 800 translated products, now most of them have been deleted automatically. I dont undestand why. Please check the attachement.

I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

Typically, when a product is removed, it's moved to the "Trash" section. To verify if any translated products were deleted from the site, I reviewed the Trash section for products but didn't find anything. Please check the attached screenshot: hidden link

Please note that this was the number displayed when I initially checked. Could you kindly share any product that was translated but now its translations have been removed? I'll check our system and provide you with an update soon.

I now can see that the Translation process is going on and several products have been translated correctly. However, I would like to add that I have noticed several "Started to attempt to download xliff file. The process did not finish." errors in the ATE error log. This error usually happens if the site is unable to fetch translation from ATE. If any firewall is configured on your server, Could you kindly reach out to your hosting provider and inquire if the following domains are whitelisted in the firewall?

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

Also I have a problem with Preparing more content for translation.If I not update the page every 10 minutes, the number of collected items does not increase.

Thank you for patiently following all the instructions.

I have checked the particular product you've shared and can see that the translations are still saved in the memory, but for some reason, they are no longer connected.

One thing I noticed that if I select some products and send them for Automatic Translation, they are getting translated without any issues.

However, to investigate why the Automatic Translation feature is not working properly, I took a copy of your site and will deploy it in my development environment. If required, I will also escalate the issue to the respective team. As soon as I have any update on this, I will surely let you know.

I appreciate your patience and kind cooperation in this matter. In the meantime, if you find anything that could help us in finding the root cause of the issue, feel free to share.

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well.

Please be informed that the issue has been escalated to our 2nd tier team for a thorough investigation. During my analysis, I found that there are over 60 posts with completed translations that, for some reason, cannot be downloaded by WPML. This could potentially be the underlying cause of the problem. However, I am confident that the 2nd tier team will provide a more detailed explanation and a suitable solution to this issue.

As soon as I have any update on this, I will surely let you know. I appreciate your patience and kind cooperation in this matter.
