[Resolved] Sub domain is not working

Hi,

There are different factors that this issue might occur, depending on your server/host subdomain configuration or a security/firewall configuration that prevents WPML from validating the domain on save.

Generally, this is a false positive and you can proceed further by unchecking the "Validate on save" box and clicking save.
It should save the configuration and everything should work fine.

Configuring domains/subdomains should be done by your web hosting company and you'll need to contact their support team to check if your domain/subdomain works properly.

You can do a quick test to check the domain/subdomain is configured:

Before you set the option in WPML, simply visit your new domains or subdomains. They should all show the same site without a redirection.

For example, if you have the domains “example.com” and “example.de” (and WPML is deactivated) you should see the same content when you visit any of these domains.
