This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using the address field to collect country information on your site, and while the country field options are translated into other languages using WPML, you need the submissions to remain in English for CRM synchronization purposes.
Solution:
We recommend translating the form manually. In the translation editor, copy the values for the country field instead of translating them automatically. If you have already translated automatically, you should edit the translation and correct it as needed. For more details, you can refer to our forum discussions:

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am using the address field to collect country information from users on my site hidden link. The country field and its options are translated for other languages using WPML, but I need the submission for the country to remain in English. This is necessary because in our synced CRM, we cannot filter by country easily as they are all imported in different languages.

Symptoms:
The country field submissions are being imported into the CRM in different languages, making it difficult to filter by country.

Questions:
Is it possible to keep the country field submission in English while using WPML for translations?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

You can set your custom field to "Copy" in WPML -> Settings -> Custom Fields Translation and WPML 'll not translate this field but 'll copy the default language value across all languages.

Please see https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-fields/#decide-how-to-translate for details.

Regards.

Hi,

Thank you but the country field is inside a gravity form.

I have attached an example of the italian page. The countries in the list are automatically translated to Italian, but we need the english version of the country submitted in the entry so that it populates our CRM correctly.

Is it possible?

Thank you for the updates.

Generally there's no solution available for this except that you should translate the form manually and in the translation editor copy the values for that field, instead of translating automatically. If you've already translated automatically, then you can edit the translation and correct it as needed.

Please see https://wpml.org/forums/topic/disable-translation-for-country-filed-in-gforms/ for a reference.

Alternatively, there's this temporary workaround (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-can-i-update-gravity-forms-without-it-translating-again-all-select-values/), please see the big yellow box on top of this thread.
