[Closed] tag traslation and sync menu problem

Background of the issue:
In the Italian version of the site hidden link, I created a menu (the Villas) with many submenus that each refer to a page. Each page groups together articles recalled by a tag (written in Italian) in a grid.

Symptoms:
I need to automatically create the same menu in the English language and translate tags.

Questions:
How do I automatically create the same menu in the English language?
How do I translate tags?
Do I have to change the callout on every single page?
