This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that a character 'P' from 'Antwerp' was missing in the English translation of the concert layout, although it was present in other areas.
Solution:
We found that the issue was caused by an additional space created using HTML (

) to separate the terms. We recommended removing this space, which resolved the issue, and the missing character 'P' started to appear correctly in the English version of the concert. If the client needs to separate terms, we suggested using a comma (,) instead of the HTML space.
If this solution does not seem relevant to your issue, please feel free to open a new support ticket with us.

Hello Kor, I found another strange thing. The P from Antwerp is missing in the concert layout - but not anywhere else. I checked the translation and it is correct, but only in this one spot, the P is missing in the English translation. Please advise..

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Since you've provided the access information in a previous ticket. With that, I was able to thoroughly investigate and pinpoint the root cause of the issue. It appears that the additional space you created using HTML( ) to separate the terms was primarily responsible for the problem. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

As soon as I removed that, the missing character started to show properly. Please check the English version of one of the concerts.

Instead of a Space, you can add a comma(,) to separate the Terms if you're using more than one term.

Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
