I've received from previous support documentation about how to make widgets translatable with wpml, but we've different problem, our plugin is hidden link and we have theme builder functionality, question is how to make those templates compatible with wpml, is there any documentation to be helpful in this purpose ? they are 'wpr_templates' custom post type, we've found the post type in wpml settings but can't translate it even when we switch show in nav menu for this post type to true.
hidden link

Kind regards,
George

Hi George,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or if I can help with the issue quickly.

When you set the custom post type to translate under WPML → Settings, you can translate them via WPML → Translation Management as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/page-builders/#sending-content-to-other-translators.

Are you referring to that procedure where you are unable to translate the templates?

Could you please share more information on what you mean by "can't translate it even when we switch show in nav menu for this post type to true."?

On another note, it looks like you're the author of the Royal Elementor Addons plugin, you can apply to the WPML Go Global program here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
