According to the screenshot this testimonial was translated automatically in "Translate everything" mode and a review is available at WPML > Translations.
Take note that depending on you WPML setting for "Translate everything" contents are published before or after a confirmed review - please verify at WPML > Settings.
Please then go to WPML > Translation, open the review, then click inside the top bar the option to edit the translation.
Do you see the strings from your text field inside the WPML Translation Editor?
If not, please go to WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation, search the field and set it to "translate.
Then edit the text field inside the original testimonial and save the testimonial. The translation should now run again and translate the string.
