[Resolved] The assigned credits do not appear on the website
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where the credits assigned to their main domain (jak.fi) do not appear correctly in WordPress, despite showing correctly on the WPML website profile. The test site transfers work fine, but the main domain does not reflect the assigned 10,200 credits, only showing 70. Solution: We recommended the following steps to resolve the credit display issue: - Create a full site backup - Navigate to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Unsubscribe the site using the link - Visit your wpml.org account -> Register WPML on your sites (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) -> Remove the site subscription - Return to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Click on the link below the field to enter the new key - Create a new key for the site and register it - Send a few credits to the site and double-check if the issue is resolved.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with credits not appearing on my website. I have unregistered and re-registered my website, but the problem persists.
Symptoms:
The assigned credits do not appear on the website. The WPML website profile shows a different number of credits than what appears in WordPress.
Questions:
Why do the assigned credits not appear on my website?
Why is there a discrepancy between the credits shown on the WPML website profile and WordPress?
No, the problem is that the assigned credits do not appear on the website jak.fi at all. So, the actual transfer of credits from WPML to jak.fi WordPress does not work.
I asked because from our servers I can see that jak.fi got assigned only 2000 credits (70 available), but jakwpml.22.testivedos.com had deposited 222366 credits (12390 available).
Also, there were 10262 removed from jakwpml.22.testivedos.com which might be the ones that you want to assign to jak.fi.
In any case, there is one part that I don't understand yet and I kindly ask you to explain: What you mean by "the actual transfer of credits from WPML to jak.fi WordPress does not work"? It would be ideal if you could share a link to a video describing the steps you follow to assign credits to jak.fi and see the results on both sites.
Transferring credits in and out of jakwpml.22.testivedos.com works just fine. The 10,262 credits removed from that site were just a test, as we don't need them there anymore. After that, I assigned 1 credit back to that site just to test if the transferring works.
The problem is with our actual website, jak.fi – jakwpml.22.testivedos.com is just a test site.
As you mentioned, there are only 70 credits, even though 10,200 credits have now been assigned to jak.fi from the wpml.org website. So, the problem is that the assigned credits do not appear on the website.
Thank you very much for your answer. Now I have a better understanding of the issue.
Please try this workaround on the jak.fi site:
- Create a full site backup
- Go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Unsubscribe the site using the link
- Go to your wpml.org account -> Register WPML on your sites (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) -> Remove the site subscription
- Get back to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Click on the link that appears right below the field to enter the new key
- Create a new key for the site and register it
- Send a few credits to the site and double-check if the issue disappeared.
Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?
