This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has translated the product categories into Arabic, but when clicking on the Arabic version, the products still display in English.
Solution:
We recommend checking your WPML settings for product translation. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML -> Settings in your WordPress admin.
2. Scroll down to the Post Types Translation section.
3. Ensure that the Products option is set correctly to allow for translation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
