Thanks, But Why here, as shown in the attached picture, it gives me that it is locked ?

Hi Odai,

Here is the new ticket. The string (option) is locked and registered. This means you don't need to register it again, it is already registered. The registration code could be located in the file wpml-config.xml in the theme folder.
You can just search for the string and translate it in WPML > String Translation.
