This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to transfer translation credits from one WPML install to another but cannot find the settings option under the Translation Tools tab, despite following the documentation.
Solution:
1. Ensure that both sites involved in the transfer are registered under the same WPML account.
2. Visit your WPML.org account and follow the guide on how to assign automatic translation credits to your sites, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/. This guide includes a step where you can remove credits from one site and then reassign them to another.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

I am trying to transfer translation credits from one WPML install to another. The site I need help with is currently under development.

Symptoms:
I don't see the settings option under the Translation Tools tab, even when following the documentation.

Questions:
How can I transfer translation credits from one install to another?
Why is the settings option not visible under the Translation Tools tab?

Hi,
We followed the same guide, that's why I mentioned that we don't see the settings option under Tools.

Also, I see that walkmeqa.com has 2000 credits as per the list on our account but when we see the website's back-office, it shows only 108. Doesn't it gets synced?

Hi,

In the guide I shared (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/), you can see a screenshot where there is an option in your wpml.org account where you can remove credits from your site. This will allow you to send the credits back to your wpml.org account and then assign them to the URL walkmeqa.com/
